Mr. Lowery conducted the initial market research for my business idea, and produced a written report on his findings.  The report was very detailed and contained a great deal of information that helped me make some critical decisions.  The next step for me was to move towards the business plan.  This decision was made based on the findings of the initial market research and valuable input provided by Mr. Lowery.  I don’t think I would have moved forward in the business planning if I did not trust Mr. Lowery.  Mr. Lowery’s personality quickly allows you to get to know him and realize he is a person you trust.   This was just as critical for me as the information the research was providing.

I am obviously happy with the business services Aduccent has provided per the written contract with Mr. Lowery. I am even more grateful for the added services Mr. Lowery has provided on his own and beyond the terms of the contract.  Mr. Lowery offered to review written product produced by me and discuss business related conversations I have had with other vendors involved in my business development.  This was very helpful, and not to mention it was beyond the scope of our contract.  Mr. Lowery has clearly shown he takes a personal interest in my business development and has provided services beyond my expectations.  I look forward to continuing the development of my business with the support of Mr. Lowery and his company Adducent.

I am just finishing up re-reading it for third time and it is amazing I am still finding things that I missed the significant of the first two times I read them.  I have identified five buyers to start with and I just began searching for possible business matches.   I currently sell software in the high tech industry and many small software companies are looking to be ether acquired or rise capital via a partner or merger.  I know this business is for me.  I think the training course was very detailed and has answered all my questions so far. I am getting very excited about this business and my ability to be successful.

I feel confidant at this point that I am able to bring buyers and sellers together on my own, and that deals will begin closing within six months.  I have one potential deal in the works.  I should receive signed fee agreements on a second this week.  Neither deal involves a broker, and in both cases I was able obtain fee agreements from both sides.  The first potential deal is between a small business with a patented product and a national REMOVED TO PROTECT CONFIDENTIALITY.   The latter is between two private companies in an industry, which has become a niche for me.   I feel good about the future.
