There are many reasons to have a professional level website with a lot of content on it but this is critical to three areas of importance to any business; particularly so for an Author's writing business.  These areas are:

Custom author platform websites are quoted on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact us to discuss your project and its requirements. Our price quote includes loading up to 100 articles or 100 pages of previously written material from the Author into their website and an inital period for update services. A precise/final quote will be worked out with the client based up the scope of their website project.

Update Service Available: Our nominal fee for routine article and content update services is custom quoted based on the Author's needs and requirements.  This is a very affordable option for those writers who routinely create new content, articles etc. and want their website updated expeditiously.

Book Specific Website:

Concurrent with any book production, a “book specific” simple website (often called a “landing page site”) should be created for the author.  This site serves the purpose of creating a specific marketing page for the book for any keyword focused online advertising, press releases, book promotions and marketing.  It also establishes an inbound link source to drive back to an author platform site should you develop one.  Inbound links help raise the value of how search engines rank your site, which raises you on search results for keywords specific to your markets – this is very important to develop organic traffic to your site. 

This is essentially a product “brochure” type-site, that with good site design (as are those we develop) once in place should require minimal updating if any at all.  It will consist of information on the book, front & back cover art, sales & marketing ‘blurbs’, ability to pay for and order the digital version and download immediately, ability to order the hard-copy at Amazon.com (or direct from you if you have a fulfillment system in place).

Hosting & Domain name registration costs:

To help those that do not have a lot of experience in doing it or don’t want to hassle with it, we can manage the registration of the domain names and set up hosting accounts for the platform site and the book site.  

Gathering visitor information and data from your websites:

By working with you on your sites we can also help you in understanding (and using) some of the data you can pull from the site using an analytics package to gather and evaluate data on traffic and visitors to your site.

Automatic Article / Newsletter or other Content Delivery Capability:

We can also discuss and provide a quote to set up your website with an AutoResponder capability so that visitors, clients/customers can opt-in to receive any of the Author's content or articles that they want to routinely distribute, offer or make available.
